American Legion Gaming is seeking passionate and dedicated volunteer Twitch Streamers to help grow and enhance our Twitch channel. As a streamer, you will play a key role in creating engaging content and fostering a positive community for veterans, service members, and gaming enthusiasts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Creation: Stream regular gameplay, interviews, and community events on the ALG Twitch channel to entertain and engage viewers.
• Community Engagement: Interact with viewers during live streams, respond to chats, and build a welcoming and inclusive environment for all.
• Promotion: Promote the ALG Twitch channel through your social media networks to help increase visibility and grow the community.
• Collaboration: Work with the ALG team to develop and implement new content ideas and strategies for channel growth.
• Event Participation: Take part in ALG initiatives, such as charity streams and gaming tournaments, to support our mission and engage with the community.

Qualifications:

• Passion for Gaming: A strong interest in gaming and familiarity with popular games and platforms.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to entertain and engage a live audience.
• Experience: Previous experience with Twitch streaming or content creation is preferred but not required.
• Positive Attitude: A commitment to creating a friendly and inclusive atmosphere for viewers.
• Availability: Ability to commit to a regular streaming schedule, with flexibility for special events or campaigns.

Discord Moderator (Volunteer)

American Legion Gaming is seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Discord Moderators to join our team and help grow and manage our online community. As a moderator, you will play a crucial role in fostering a positive and engaging environment for our members, ensuring that our server remains a welcoming and enjoyable space for all.

Key Responsibilities:

• Community Engagement: Actively participate in server discussions, encourage member interaction, and help create a friendly and inclusive atmosphere.
• Rule Enforcement: Monitor chat activities, enforce server rules, and address any violations or disruptive behavior in a fair and impartial manner.
• Support and Assistance: Provide support to community members by answering questions, resolving issues, and offering guidance on server-related matters.
• Event Coordination: Assist in organizing and promoting server events, tournaments, and activities to enhance member engagement and participation.
• Content Moderation: Review and moderate user-generated content to ensure it aligns with server guidelines and community standards.
