Video Game ‘World of Warships’ Powers New Documentary Series on Pluto TV

The popular online combat game World of Warships is taking its immersive experience beyond gaming with the launch of World of Warships Clash of Titans, an eight-part documentary series premiering on Pluto TV on Nov. 10 at 6 p.m. Eastern. This new series blends in-game visuals with meticulously colorized archival footage to bring the greatest naval battles of the 20th century to life.

Developed in collaboration with Le Cinquième Rêve and directed by Serge Tigneres, the series uses the game’s award-winning graphics alongside expert analysis and veteran accounts to recreate iconic moments like the attack on Pearl Harbor, the decisive Battle of Midway, and the hunt for the German battleship Bismarck. The series also explores the Atlantic’s perilous U-boat campaigns and other significant maritime conflicts.

World of Warships Clash of Titans will re-air on Veterans Day, November 11 at 6 p.m. Eastern, and will be available for streaming on-demand. Distributed globally by Kwanza, the series aims to captivate military enthusiasts and history buffs alike by offering an engaging and visually rich portrayal of naval warfare.
